요셉학교는 미국의 School of Tomorrow(SOT) 시스템을 사용합니다. SOT 시스템은 50여 년 전 미국에서 시작된 대표적인 기독교교육 시스템이며, 전 세계적으로 153개국에 7,000여 개의 학교와 100만여 명의 학생이 있습니다. 국내에는 10여 개의 학교가 SOT 커리큘럼을 사용하고 있습니다. 

SOT 커리큘럼의 특징은 다음과 같습니다: 

1. - 성경에 근거한 가치관과 기독교 세계관을 가르치는 교육 
2. - 영어 기반의 학전반(Pre-K)~고등학교 3학년 교육

2. - 비교과 과목: ESL, 한국어, 대한민국 근현대사, **검정고시 반**
